Payment Information
Hagen Dental Practice offers a wide range of payment options for the convenience of our patients. We accept cash, checks and major credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). However, we do not accept debit cards.
Payment is due at time of service, unless other arrangements have been made.
CareCredit
CareCredit is a personal line of credit for dental treatments and procedures for your entire family. CareCredit is a financial service that works like a credit card and can provide up to 12 months with no finance charge. With this payment program, you don’t have to put off procedures if you are worried about the cost.

Insurance
We accept all major insurance plans and will file your claims for you.
Please note that Hagen Dental Practice's recommendation for treatment is based on what the doctor considers best for a patient's dental health. However, this recommendation may not always be completely covered by a patient's insurance policy. You will be responsible for any fees your insurance does not pay.
All patients are charged the same fees for the same procedures, regardless of insurance coverage. Remember, your dental health is this office's first priority.
