Hagen Dental Practice’s Oldest Patient Keeps Her Teeth in Top Shape
At 95 years young, Gladys Troescher is Hagen Dental Practice's oldest patient. But according to Dr. Hagen's staff, this sweet and stylish woman certainly "doesn't look or act it."
A patient since 1994, she says, "Dr. Hagen and his staff have saved my teeth."
She keeps an appointment at Hagen Dental Practice every three months. And although she's had a lot of work done to her teeth over the years, including a lot of crowns, she is proud that she still has her own teeth. Even more, she enjoys her regular visits to the office.
"I really like Dr. Hagen and the staff," she said. "They are very helpful and nice."
Gladys has lived in Western Hills for the last 32 years.
What is the secret of her longevity? Gladys has a lot of friends, likes to read, watches movies and TV and loves listening to music. She enjoys being part of a Bible study group and interacting with her friends. She also completes puzzles to keep her mind sharp.
She is happy to do her own laundry and is rightfully proud that she is so self-sufficient at her age. She also has a great potato soup recipe.
Her advice is simple: "Just take life one day at a time," she said.
